BingX Partner Hub Guide: What Affiliate Partners Can Track
A practical walkthrough of the BingX Partner Hub features for reviewing referrals, commission records, lower-level partners and promotional resources.
BingX Partner Hub is the partner management area used by approved BingX partners. It is different from an ordinary user’s referral screen. If you are planning to recruit traders or manage lower-level partners, understanding its reporting categories helps you ask better questions before signing a deal.
Who can use Partner Hub?
According to BingX’s official Partner Hub FAQ, access is for BingX partners. An affiliate application is reviewed first; having a standard trading account is not the same as being an approved partner. If you are not yet approved, start with the BingX partner program overview or BingX’s official program page rather than assuming the dashboard will appear.
Where to find it
BingX’s official instructions describe two routes:
- Web: sign in to the official BingX website, open More, choose Partner Hub, then continue through the exchange’s login flow.
- App: open the BingX app and look for the Partner Hub entry on the homepage or under your profile.
Interface labels can change. Use only the official app or exchange domain, and verify the URL before entering credentials. AffiliateTier will never ask you to send a BingX password.
Four reporting areas worth checking
Commission records
Review which commission categories appear, the eligible fee base and the credited amounts. When possible, reconcile the same period with the exchange’s settlement records. A displayed commission ratio does not always establish the net amount received.
Referred trader activity
The official FAQ says partners can inspect their referees’ trading activity. Ask which metrics are actually available to your account and whether they include valid transactions, eligible fees or only aggregate volume. Do not disclose individual trader data outside the permitted reporting relationship.
Lower-level partner performance
Partner Hub supports reviewing metrics for lower-level partners. This is useful for a network with multiple approved creators or community operators. Keep the distinction between a lower-level business partner and a trading sub-account clear. For upgrades and existing referral relationships, see the BingX lower-level partner FAQ.
Promotions and events
Partners may access exchange promotional materials and events. Before republishing a banner or claim, check its dates, target markets, risk disclosure requirements and whether the offer still applies. Do not copy an expired promotion into evergreen site content.
A simple weekly review routine
- Select a reporting period and record what the dashboard labels each metric.
- Compare commissions credited with eligible fees for that period.
- Identify activity discrepancies and ask your BD how exclusions are handled.
- Review lower-level partners only within permissions granted to your account.
- Confirm promotional material remains current before publishing.
This routine creates an audit trail. It does not prove a particular earning level or entitle an applicant to a private tier.
What if Partner Hub is missing?
First confirm you are logged into the correct account. Next confirm that partner status is active. If you are already a partner, contact BingX official support or your BD. Avoid trying to obtain access through third-party lookalike login pages.
